We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Wind Instrument Repair Technician to join our team at KaneYouFixIt Music. As a cornerstone of our repair operations, you will lead by example through delivering expert craftsmanship, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of quality for every instrument that passes through our hands. What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of brass and woodwind instruments.
- Lead complex overhauls and restorations with attention to instruments’ integrity and mechanical precision.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing best practices and techniques.
- Work directly with musicians to understand their instrument needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Support quality control by reviewing completed repairs for accuracy and performance.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Admin Executive to join our growing team. This role combines finance, accounting, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
What You’ll Learn
- A. Finance & Accounting Support
- Perform daily bookkeeping, data entry, and financial transactions using Xero (or similar) accounting system.
- Process accounts payable, claims, and supplier payments.
- Issue client quotations and invoices; maintain SST documentation and filing.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and liaise with tax agents/auditors.
- Support budgeting and forecasting exercises for management planning.
